At Hougang Secondary School, we believe that every child can grow into an empowered, future-ready individual with strong character and a clear sense of purpose.
We aim to be an educational institution with a big heart and bold aspirations. We are deeply committed to nurturing each Hougean to become not just a future-ready learner, but a confident leader, a resilient innovator, and a responsible community builder.
